Return Process

  Find your order number in your confirmation email or log in to your American Girl account to view your recent purchase history.

  Print Return Label

  Visit our online Returns Center to generate and print a prepaid shipping label for a flat fee, or choose to use your own preferred carrier.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, including all accessories and manuals, and securely seal the box with the return form inside.

  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized shipping location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is processed.
